Please tell me what all things you want to do for employee engagement. Only then can you prepare your calendar. Plan the activities you want to carry out, focusing on the following points:

- What are the requirements?
- What are the programs/activities?
- What is the industry type?
- What are the obligations such as time, market, etc., for the activities?

I have worked in the factors as you mentioned. I need to plan activities on feedback systems and motivation of employees. My industry is a telecom industry. Please help me on how to plan a calendar.
