Please tell me that what all are the things that you want to do as employee engagement. Then only you an prepare your calander.
Plan the activities that you want to carry, focus on the following points

• what are the requirements
• what are the programs/ activities
• what is the industry type
• what are the obligations like time, market etc for the activities.

take these steps and you can move ahead.
