Need Help Creating an Excel Leave Tracker for 49 Employees Since 2008

Dear All,

I have recently joined a company. My co-employee strength is 49. My boss has asked me to create a leave record in Excel for all the employees since March 2008. Can somebody please help me with an Excel format where I can input the data and calculate the leaves taken and the remaining balance for a particular employee?
