:icon1::icon1: Thanks for responding and spending your valuable time in solving my problem.I am a trainee right now so lots of things are new to me trying hard to cope.i wish to give my best effort to the given task.will always be looking for the guidence from seniors.if possible pls send me some links for establishment of a new hr department.
