I did my MBA(full time) in HRM from MGM's Institute of MGNT,Aurangabad
I also did my MSC.Computers from VISAS MAC Institute,Aurangabad
In last 3.3yrs of Exp., I worked with ITES,Auto Mobile & Insurance industries (1 yr each including current assignment)
I am also Life-member of NIPM -National Institute of Personnel Management,Calcutta.
I am here to share views of HR & to learn new trends those you guys are practicing.
