· Please list down the 3 main reasons of your employee for leaving the organisation.
1) Better prospects to improve their career to the new company.
2) They felt bad opinion with their colleagues as well as job satisfaction and also they may think to improve their knowledge with the new concern.
3) If they worked in public sector, they may feel bound to corporate sector or MNC to get the better salary
Please list down the 3 main reasons of your employees to stay with the organisation.
1) Company has paid more salary when equate with other companies and also has given a better increment at least twice in a year
2) Better relationship with their colleagues and attained the job satisfaction.
3) His/her performance is being evaluated and highly appreciable while they comparing others. Assigned more tasks with overseas companies.
· Your employee has left your company but after some period, now he wants to rejoin your organisation, do your management allow him to join again?
Not all the cases, only same cases they would be allowed, if his/her performance is good while in tenure…

Identify the key perform employee and awarding more bonus.
