Could anyone please help me with the same or let me know where I can get this information? We have achieved around 80 hours of training per employee in the year 2008.

Can anyone tell me whether there is a benchmark in manual writing hours? I mean, if the training is for 120 hours, then how much time should be devoted to writing the training manual?
