Salary Calculation format (people working for 6 or 7 months) - working in a construction company engaged in dam work

Hello... I am working in a construction company engaged in dam work. On our work lot of people working for 6 or 7 months. We paid only advance to them after the season end we done salary calculation & payment. I need any file which calculates salary for 6 or 7 months. please help me
