Transitioning from IT Recruitment to HR Processes: How Can I Make the Switch?

deepti.keloth
Hello, I'm working as a recruitment executive in Mumbai. I have been handling IT recruitments. Now, I want to switch over to HR processes, but I'm completely clueless as to how to go about it because I don't have any experience in it. I would be grateful if you could help me out.

Have a lovely day ahead,

Deepti

Dear Deepti,

It would be much more useful if you could provide the following information:

- Your educational background
- Your length of experience
- Your various experiences
- Have you been through any aptitude tests, etc.

This would help in providing better direction and scope.

Regards,

Hi Leo,

I have completed my Bachelors in Management Studies from Mumbai University. I have a total of 8 months of experience. Previously, I was working with Reliance Infostreams for 3 months. Now, I want to shift to HR processing.

Please guide me and give insight as to what all are included in HR processes other than the normal payroll, compensation, and benefits, etc.

Have a lovely day.
