I did go through all the presentations. And here is my feedback
1. They follow a very clear train of thought.
2. They layout is very eye catching (I hope it will not distract the audience)
3. In order to make your presentation more impressive/ effective, you could insert a couple of videos on the relevant subject. YouTube - Employee Motivation: Elements of Greatness
