Should I Switch from IT to Hospitality for SAP and ERP Training? Seeking Advice!

Dear all,

I am currently working with an IT company as an HR Generalist. I have received an offer from an upcoming 5-star hotel in town. I am in a dilemma about whether to move or not, especially since the hotel will provide SAP and ERP training. Could anyone guide me on these training programs and how they would help me in the future?

Hi,

ERP is the future in every other market. Though we may get future updated versions of SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc., people who join into the market right away are going to benefit much since they gain more experience. Please make sure that the company/hotel provides such training. It would be a right step to go for it if it is really genuine.
