Seeking a Unique Sales Title Between Head of Sales and Sales Manager – Any Ideas?

Could someone suggest a designation that would fall between Head of Sales and Sales Manager? The Head of Sales is responsible for handling the entire sales operation/department. I am seeking a unique title, not General Manager, VP, or Senior Manager.

I would suggest this. You can do one thing - change the designation of the present "Head - Strategic Command" to "Director - Strategic Command," then followed by "Head - Strategic Command" and "Manager - Strategy Deployment." Think it sounds okay?

You may have a Controller of Sales, or alternatively, you may appoint a Chief of Sales Operations (COSO) at the top, followed by the Controller of Sales and then the Manager of Sales. However, it all depends on how you structure and define the roles.
