Head Sales & Manager Sales

Dear All,
Can some one suggest with a designation which will fall between Head Sales and Manager Sales.
Here the Head sales handles the entire operation / department.
I am looking for a unique word ... not General manager / VP or Senior manager.

No .. Head sales would be a person who is responsible for the overall activity in sales.
Some designation which is in between head and manager... unique name .. more on strategic side.

See let me tell u clearly what i am looking for ..
1) Head - Strategic Command
2) ........ - Strategic Command ( I want a word for the dotted lines and that person will fall in between of head and manager)
3) Manager - Strategy deployment
U have given a great suggestion but does not fit in what i am looking for .
Can u suggest a word which fits the dotted lines.

i vud suggest this.
you can do onr thing .change the designation of present "Head - strategic command" to "Director - Strategic command" then followed by "Head - strategic command " and "Manager - strategy deployment" . think sounds Ok ?

You may have controller - sales. or alternatively, you may put on the top Chief of Sales Operations (COSO), then Controller of Sales - Manager Sales. But it all depends how you structure and define the roles.
