Hi Arti,
As per my suggestion, you can go for 2 options:
First...try to go for Executive MBA program from IIM's or XLRI. It will definitely give you instant jump interms of financial growth is concern and the priority will b given to you among crowd.
Second....you can also go for SAP HRMS functional course...which can upgrade you again in HR domain...among crowd.
As of now this al comg to my mind....I may tell u few more...incase I cums across.

Dear Arti,
Well you can pursue DLL for the Labour Laws, with that u have to continously do the reading of judgements and articles related to it. Any HR person who wants to be a Generalist should have updated knowledge of Labour Laws. This will help u a lot in your career ahead. Other than this as our friends have told u to do ISTD is also one of the very good option.

Arti,
DLL / DLP are given out by many known good institutions, let me know where are u working if I know any good insitutions at same place then I surely give you the info. But, these courses will give you knowledge about the Laws but you have to update by going through CLR / LLR / etc regularly whenever you get time. These things help you in forming any policy or rules for your organisation. This will give the idea of legal implications for any particular rule or policy presently practiced.

Hi Sandeep,
The fact is that I am working in Dehradun only in a reputed MNC,& here I didn't found any good institutes imparting law education & that through correspondance. So please advice.
Also I have also heard of the counselling courses that HR professionals opt for. There is a institute also IIPM,Mumbai.
I would be grateful if anyone of you will throw some light on the same.
