as india is celebrating its safety week from 04 march to 10 march 2009 special safety measures should be implemented to make this event a desire and a safe. after the terrorist attack on mumbai india is seen as an insecure place without having any safety concern. as to make this week a sucess with need to have high and professional level of security. public places should kept on mind as a region of concern. places identified with high security should be given a high technical imbrassement.impletation of these step can only be possible with a unite strenght of goverment and public

U can visit to National safety council's site to know what is expected to ensure the safety in your type of Co. and add the same in your speach and the further plan on the subject.

You can arrange many competetions & programs to celebrate the Safety Day / week [4-11 March]
On this day you can explain why this day is celebrated, whats its importance, why is safety important. Arrange programs like PPE exhibition, quizes, safe driving competition, drawing, elocution, poem , slogan competetion etc.
In stead of speech this will improve safety awareness among your employees,
