Need A Questionnare On Measuring Communication

Hi friends,
Can somebody help me in designing a questionnaire on measuring communication effectiveness? This is to be part of screening test for Sales force.
If you have already designed questionnaire it would be of great help. Actually I can customize to my requirement :wink:

Dear Gautham,
Is this to measure the communication skills of an existing employee or its going to be used in an recruitment process. Becoz it varies industry to industry. If you take hospitality, Nurses and doctors are measured by the Patients rating for the communication skills. Since its a broad spectrum it will be difficult for the forum address your query. Measurement can fall into Language, Usage of Mode of Communication, Situational,etc.,

Hi Gautam,
If it is to chk with the communication skills... u can give them a free speech and ask them to speak about it for a minute or two which would give you enough time to chk with the comms.
