Designing a Sales Force Communication Test: Can You Share Your Questionnaire Ideas?

Could somebody help me in designing a questionnaire on measuring communication effectiveness? This is to be a part of the screening test for the Sales force. If you have already designed a questionnaire, it would be of great help. I can actually customize it to my requirements 😉.

Is this to measure the communication skills of an existing employee or is it going to be used in a recruitment process? Because it varies from industry to industry. For example, in the hospitality sector, nurses and doctors are often evaluated based on patient ratings of their communication skills. Since this is a broad spectrum, it may be challenging for the forum to address your query. Measurements can encompass language usage, mode of communication, situational awareness, etc.

If it is to check with the communication skills, you can give them a free speech and ask them to speak about it for a minute or two, which would give you enough time to check with the communication skills.
