I am keenly interested in improving my fluency in SPOKEN ENGLISH with right tone and intonation.I also want to know the important feature sof Spoken English which make it different from Written English.Voice Modulation is yet another choice of my interest to do some practice to improve my English tongue.

The aspects that you want to develop in yourself are very technical, and so to say it would be fairly difficult to do so via reference material. You may have to join some classroom program, which would help you to understand the pronunciations etc.
The first step is to be aware that you need inputs in a particular area...now that you have identified the same, you can very well work towards improving the same.
