Seeking Guidance on Improving English Fluency and Voice Modulation Techniques

I am keenly interested in improving my fluency in spoken English with the right tone and intonation. I also want to know the important features of spoken English that make it different from written English. Voice modulation is yet another area of interest for me to practice and improve my English speaking skills.

I would be obliged if you could kindly provide me with the materials mentioned. Please also enlighten me on fluency techniques such as Idea unit techniques, Speech-generation Techniques, Habit-formation Techniques, Mouth Gymnastics, Speech-flow Techniques, Word-fusing Techniques, Conversion Techniques, Functional/Notional/Situational Techniques, On-the-spot speech-composition Techniques, Information-packing Techniques, and Discourse-building Techniques.

The aspects that you want to develop in yourself are very technical, so it would be fairly difficult to do so via reference material. You may have to join a classroom program, which would help you understand the pronunciations, etc.

The first step is to be aware that you need inputs in a particular area. Now that you have identified the same, you can work towards improving it.
