Dear Sir, I am working in a Pvt Ltd company from 15th Dec 2009 to till. My Gross was 10,000/- only (Basic=2100/-,FDZ=4200/-,HRA =1400/-,CONV ALLOW=1300/-,FOOD SUB=1000/-) My dudction was PF=756/-, ESI=175/-, P TAX=86/- Now my company give to me the bonus is rs.2957/-. So pls send me our bonus persentage?? How to calculate our bonus??

i am not getting why you people are asking taht type of quary because i think we all are from HR ,so this is our duty to know what is the resources to get the balence of our own pf ac.
dont take me otherwise i ll bfief you, example use for 23 etc or make yr own sheet like
take an excel sheet
month, year, basic salary,deduction amout of employee, employer.Total deduction

I would like to know my PF balance .i Am working in Kolkata.My PF Account No is WB/44890

my Employee Share is 28,864 ,Employer Share 8,828 , Pension Contribution 16,933.....total amount is 54625(including pension).....is any tax for this withdrawal?.....i have pan card...but my pan card is not added on website.....if i add the pan name and no,they display ( functionality will be available once uan in linked to any establishment...i dnt knw the correct answer.could u help me and send it to my mail id........if i get the employer share and Employee Share (without pension) , shall i get the amount without tax?
