Nice effort, keep it up. But could you please inform me about the industry norms for attrition? For example, what is considered okay, high, very high, etc. Regards, Amardeep

Guys,

Could you please email me the password for sheet 2 of the attrition calculator sent to Divya? I want to add a few things onto the sheet and am unable to do so due to the sheet being password protected. Thanks!

PS... this is kinda URGENT.

What she's basically done is taken an average of employee count at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month, and calculated the percentage of total attrition based on it.

For example, for January - Beginning - 104, End - 112, Avg = 108. Hence, attrition (5/108) * 100 = 4.6296 (rounded off to 4.63).
