If anyone can help me on the following.
An interviewer asked the question:
Question: What are the legal HR documents that needs to be submitted with different (which)Govt. Body.
Please help me to know the legal documents necessary for an establishment to submit to Govt. Bodies.

It is not answerable in a single word. There are several returns to be submitted either monthly or half yearly or annually. There are reports like accident reports which are to be submitted on the happening of a particular event. Main returns are relating to EPF, ESI and Factories & Boilers.
