There are several popular editions of books on personality even by great authors. For example, "Know your personality" by H. J. Eyesenck is very popular all over the world.
In this website, almost every day I am answering one or the other post on testing. The basic question is whether you want to mount the bull or you want to catch it by the horns. Mounting may be easy, but catching by the horns may not be that easy.
