Starting a Facility Management Business: Do I Need ESI, PF, and Service Tax Numbers First?

Hi Atul,

I am planning to start my own facility management business wherein we will have to take the manpower contract and deploy manpower at the client side for admin, operation, maintenance, and housekeeping staff, etc. Should I get the service tax number, ESI, and PF number first? If yes, please guide how.

At the start of the business where I don't have any employees, should I have the ESI, PF, and service tax numbers?
