Struggling with Interview Questions: How Do You Handle "Strengths and Weaknesses"?

Hello everyone,

I have been working as an HR professional for more than 2 years and recently have been looking for a change. I feel like I have completely lost touch with the process of giving interviews.

A few days ago, I went for an interview where I believe I performed well at the beginning. However, later on, when I was asked about my "Strengths" and "Weaknesses," I went completely blank. I was not expecting that question at all.

Could you provide me with the technically correct answer for "Tell me about your Strengths and Weaknesses"?
