Understanding PF Returns: Can You File Forms 10 and 5 Alongside 12a Each Month?

Can you tell me when we fill the PF return 12a, on the 25th of every month, what is the process of filling the 10 and 5 forms? Is it possible to fill these forms along with 12a, or is it necessary to file them separately?

We have to submit all the above-mentioned forms every month; it is mandatory. The forms include Form 12A, Form 5, Form 10, declaration forms for new joinings, and a xerox copy of the PF challan. In Form 5, we fill in the new joinings for a particular month, and in Form 10, we fill in the resignations for the previous month. I have attached Form 5, 10, and Form 12A for your reference.
