Minimum Wages - Pdf Download - Salary Structure

Dear All,

I'm working as an HR professional in a retail company that has outlets all over India. I have been asked to create a salary structure. Can anyone help me with information on the minimum wages applicable for unskilled labor in different states such as Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh?

Please assist me with this matter.

I know about Maharashtra's minimum wages. The basic pay per day is Rs 135, DA is Rs 34, and HRA is calculated as 5% of (basic + DA), which amounts to Rs 8. Therefore, the total pay per day is Rs 177, and monthly earnings sum up to Rs 4614.

For Delhi, I am attaching the latest Min. wage notification, but in case you are unable to download it, you can download it from www.labour.delhigovt.nic.in.

This is for Haryana. Because Haryana Minimum wage will be revised soon, you can download it from the official website.

For Punjab, the link no longer exists.

For the rest, you need to search it on the web.
