I have prepared the Associate Details Form, Advance Request Form, Visitor Pass, On-Duty Form, and Time of Permission Form. Please go through the same and suggest any feedback.

Dear Alekha,

According to me, a time of permission is not required. Only when someone goes out, they will deposit an Outgoing Gate pass to the Security Office. You can review this in the case of shift employees if it is necessary. Other forms are perfectly alright.
