It has been observed from the past 20 days or so , many people asking for HR policies in Hotel Indusry, I have prepared HR Policies of M/s Woodlands Hotel Pvt Ltd., Bangalore.

Dear Sir,
For Example:
Mr X is joined on 1st of Jan 08 and he resigned on 31st Dec 2009 = 2 Years Service
At the time of settlement for encashment how much leave he is eligible.(12 or 24 days for his 2 years).
Please Guide me on this....

Thanks a lot. Your attachments are very useful. Can you please send me some attachments for a Hospitality industry, ie we are right now on project work and shortly be strating construction work for hotel,spa,bakery. its a start up company and we are just preparing induction manual, Hr manual,policies and procedures, SOP's, and all kinds of documents.
Kindly help me in preparing those manuals. i work for HR Department. my deadline is this month end.
Please do attach some manuals. Kindly revert back to me at the earliest.

Can I get different departments Standard Operating procedure of hotel like House keeping, Production, Service etc.
please shared any formats used for costing also. Like calculating costs of different services etc., Menu price fixing etc.
Since all the respondents from Hotel industry, I hope this response can be given by them.
