I have recently joined this group in search of the contents of a Compensation Policy. Currently, we have already established policies on Leave, LFA, Performance Management, Separation, etc., but we do not have a separate compensation policy.
Could an expert please share their expertise on what should be included in the Compensation Policy? Additionally, if possible, could you share a document or reference for further study?
