I am starting with a new import-export firm. I do not have an office as I will be trading only. Is it compulsory for me to apply for a shop act? Please reply urgently.

If you do not have any fixed place of work, a Shop Act license is not required. How do you deal exactly? Where do your business transactions take place? In your clients' premises?

Hello, sir. Can I use the Shop Act for different products to export abroad? Also, if I am only trading, what are the requirements to start exporting apart from the IE code?
