I am starting with a new import export firm.i do not have a office as i will be trading only.Is it compulsory for me to apply for a shop act?pls reply urgently.
If you do not have any fixed place of work Shop Act licence is not required. How do you deal exactly? Where does your business transactions take place? In your client's premises?
