I've Prepared Flowchart On Exit Process, Just Have A Look At It

good effort, lot of thought behind it, just one question,, is it a draft or final one.. it look complicated a bit (at a glance).
Just a thought.. What are the policies regarding the resignation of the organization.. 'X' time in advance or immediate etc could be mention if needed..and on a lighter note,, in the end you forget to mention the fair-well party ;).

Dear Ditti,
I am using your exit process in my documents for HRM. To make it a bit more manageable and readable I remade it in Microsoft's Visio. Had to share it with all of you since it now fits on one page! :-) Keep up the good work.
