Seeking Effective Tools and Role Plays for Assessing Key Competencies in HR

I am new to this forum. I am an HR professional and have worked in the IT industry for 2 years. Currently, I am working with an International BPO in the Learning & Development team, involved in OD activities.

I am looking for useful competency assessment tools to evaluate competencies such as Decision Making, Analytical Skills, and Customer Focus. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share some business cases or role plays that can be used to assess the mentioned competencies.
