Hi ditti,
It will automatically come under step ten (D 8 or D 10) when it will go to payroll for F &F.For waiving off notice period the authority is varying compnay to company. In some company only HR has authority or in some HR & Personnel Head. In my company if HR approve the waive off notice period then no one can challange it. Hope this could answer to your query.

Dear Friends,
If employee wants to waived off his notice pay, We have to take in written form so that in future we haven't any problem.We can not show in F & F form.In most organisation, Head HR or HR Manager will approve it.

Friends, processes are specific to an organization. I request all not to simple cut, copy and paste the process of any organization to your organization. Each organization decides it's own systems and processes based in the business environment, objectives and challanges.
