How Can I Transfer My PPF Account When My New City Lacks the Same Bank Branch?

Dear All,

I am Anil Mishra, working in a Japanese MNC with earlier experience in Kashipur. Please let me know one thing. I opened a PPF account in Kashipur (Allahabad Bank). Now, I have been transferred to Kanpur, and I want to transfer my account to Kanpur. However, there is no branch of Allahabad Bank in Kanpur that offers facilities for PPF accounts. What should I do?
