As far as I am concerned, I think that "Employee turnover" is one major threat to HR specialists. Try to base your research on the causes and tools for retaining those valuable employees.
There is a dearth of HR researchers and unexplored areas in HR. Many topics can be suggested, but I would like to know in which HR specialization you are interested. Is it Personnel Management, Human Resource Development, or HR legislation? Please write to me, and I can suggest a few topics.
"HR Audit" is the one topic that is on the hot plate and is poised to take over the HR valley within the next 2 years. This is a topic where we can systematically and scientifically attempt to discover the newer aspects of HR Audit. From my perspective, research should contribute something new to society, not just old topics to be revamped and presented.
I am also longing to find a topic and pursue my research. I am looking for something in a business perspective, specifically the role of HR as a strategic partner, as this has been talked about a lot. Please give me some inputs.
