Choosing the Right ISO Consultant: What Criteria Should I Use and Who Do You Recommend?

I am working with a recruitment firm located in Thane. Our firm is planning for ISO certification, and I am handling this project. I have received some quotations from ISO consultants. I need to establish criteria for selecting the consultant. Please suggest points based on which I can set the criteria. Additionally, recommend some of the best ISO consultants.

2) Knowledge about ISO
3) Certification
