I want to hire 320 sales executive
What steps should i take to hire this much sales staff
Should i go for consultants or go for ads in newspaper or something more effective can be done

If you have the right skill and competency to select the right personnel, better to go for advertisement, after preparing their job description and job specification. Yo u have lot of options but the most economical wud be to recruit from Campuses, incase u r not looking for much exp and u r offering multiple locations then go for it.
Job portal and advertisements r also gud options but requires gud investment.
