How To Be A Trainer

Hi everybody,
I am new to this group. I am currently looking out for a job in HR & m certain that i would get something soon, but my area of concern is that i aspire to be a trainer. I am 24 now, so how do i go about it now. What should be my starting step towards being a trainer & is there any certification required to be a trainer. If yes can anybody suggest good
