How Do I Get a No Objection Certificate for a Government Job Application?

I need NOC. Please help me. I need a No Objection Certificate format for applying for a Government job. Presently, I am working in the Construction Industry, which belongs to a public limited company. I am applying for a job in government related to a bank.
