Facing Non-Payment After Forced Resignation: How Can I Draft a Warning Letter?

kapil21682
Hi,

I am facing a problem for which I need help from seniors in the forum. I was forced to resign from a firm due to recession blues, within the probation period with immediate effect because it was mentioned in my offer letter that they could terminate my services at any time during probation.

The company is now refusing to clear my dues and is urging me to do as I please. I would like to request the seniors to help me by sending a draft warning letter to the company that I can present before legal action is initiated.

Dear,

Your services can be terminated during the probation period, which is legal, but the company should clear your legal dues. If the company is not clearing your legal dues, first send a letter through an advocate and then file a case under the Payment of Wages Act with labor authorities.
