Reg PF Withdrawal

Hello!
I had sent my Exit form along with PF withdrawal form and its req other documents. But after 4 months of follow up I came to know that HR has 'misplaced' my PF forms saying that they received only Exit form and not PF withdrawal forms...! I have 'courier received' receipt but it doesn't prove what documents were inside!
Now they are asking me to send PF withdrawal form again.
But now since I have lost faith in their proper working method, please guide me HOW to keep CHECK wheather the HR people are sending my PF forms to PF office in right time and not getting delayed or getting misplaced again..?

Hi
Try to submit the form with a covering letter personally and take an acknowledgement from u company. Also when company submits the form they will get an acknowledgement from PF office, you can ask for that to followup for u withdrawal.

Thankyou for your response. I'll personally visit to get 'received signatures' on my PF withdrawal forms copy.
Reg PF withdrawal form submission- I had tried before by asking Co. abt submitting my PF forms myself.., but my company said it has to go through proper channel. Also, my office is in Mumbai, while our HO is in Pune, so the company will be submitting PF forms in pune PF office...
Kindly also let me know WHAT DOCUMENTS should I collect after my Full & Final payment is settled and received in my a/c?
Thankyou

Hi,
Ideally you should collect have a copy of F & F statement, last payslip, relieving and experience letter. Also Form 16, but that you can get only at the end of year. You can take copy of computation for tax from your previous company to submit it to your new company, if any for tax related purpose.
