How Do I Structure My Report on Compensation Management in Heavy Engineering?

Hi,

I'm doing my summer project on Compensation Management in the heavy engineering industry. I have collected all the relevant data. It would be great if any one of you could tell me how to go about writing the report, i.e., what topics to include.

Dear Ronnie,

Keeping in view of the above emails, no one suggested you the way, but everybody wants something from you. I think first you collect all the data and segregate as per the company's requirements for the project. Develop yours as well as the company's KRA.

Then...

1st step - Try to find out the central idea of your project and write it in the introduction.

2nd step - Keeping in view your material, try to develop a note on what you want to write and the benefits for the company by developing this project.

3rd step - In this step, you have to write the minimum components of the projects... the main data to be given here.

4th step - Give an overview of what you have done and written above to make the company benefit from this.

Conclusion - Present some new findings and recommendations for the company, considering the current policy vis-à-vis suggestions.
