Hi John, As per satish said, its right, but not only in Factory act. Its applicable in all labour laws. Infact, Most of the orgnisation are mentioned the this clause ( that perticular employee will not be eligible for the dual employment without corrent orgnisation permission ) in their Offer Letter or Appointment Letter the movement they appoint anybody.
