We are already ISO 9001:2008 certified company now, we are looking to set new objectives for the HR department.
We already have the below objectives on hand:
1] Maintaining Legal documents up-to-date.
2] Inducting Staff
3] Maintaining VP numbers up to date
4] Minimizing cancellation of Agency Visas
5] Agency Recruitment
6] Welfare of Staff/Workers
Please suggest us some new objectives.
