4. Training Effectiveness Report
5. Employee Requisition Form
6. Interview Evaluation
7. Job Offers/Employment Contract
8. Probationary Report
9. Job Description
10. Performance Appraisal
11. Accident Records
12. Leave Records (Absenteeism)

We are already an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Now, we are looking to set new objectives for the HR department. We already have the following objectives in place:

1. Maintaining legal documents up-to-date.
2. Inducting staff.
3. Keeping VP numbers up-to-date.
4. Minimizing the cancellation of agency visas.
5. Agency recruitment.
6. Ensuring the welfare of staff/workers.

Please suggest some new objectives for us.
