Everybody knows about such forms and has them all in the same or different formats. However, after reviewing the File Employee Handbook, I found it impressive. Hi, can someone help me regarding ESI? I know the contribution amount from the employee as well as the employer, but I do not know which forms we have to fill up and submit to the ESI office on a monthly basis, as well as for the annual return.
