Need Help Designing a Performance-Linked Pay Package for Industrial Workers?

Hi, I am Ali, working as a Manager HR in a medium-sized manufacturing unit. I have recently been given the responsibility of restructuring the pay package based on performance-linked incentives. I have some ideas, but designing it is a big task. It would be very helpful for me if somebody has a sample of a performance-linked pay package for industrial workers. Dear Ali,

This depends on the CTC of the employees at the time of giving the offer letter. You can set the amount between 10-15% of CTC as a Performance Linked pay package and it will be paid on an annual basis subject to achieving your KRAs.
