Performace Linked Pay Package

Hi, I am Ali, workign as a Manager HR in a medium size manufacturing unit. I have recently given responsibility of restructuring pay package based on Performance linked. I have some idea but designing ......!!????!! is Big task. I will be very helpfull for me if somebody have sample of Performace Linked Pay Package for Industrial Workers. I am very eagerl waiting for your reply.

Dear Ali,
This is depends upon the CTC of the employees at the time of giving offer letter.
You can fix the amount i.e between 10-15% of CTC as Performance Linked pay package and will be paid an annual basis subject to achieve your KRAs.
