1. Four Minimum Wage Zones
2. List of Industries classified
3. Jobs are also defined as Highly Skilled, Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Unskilled.
4. Basic Wages are prescribed for each Zone.
5. Every six months, Special Allowance (Variable Dearness Allowance) for different Zones is declared as per the Consumer Price Index.

At present, I am here in Varna city, Bulgaria, and my next destination is Dubai, so I am not in a position to help you in this regard. You may ask your employee in the Pune Office to visit the Commissioner of Labour's office to obtain the Government Notification for Minimum Wages. He has to visit the Desk of the Inspector under the Minimum Wages Act or else to the ALC or LC as deemed fit. Then he can fax or email to you from your Pune office; your industry classification for the automobile will be mentioned because Pune is a predominantly region with a lot of auto industry and engineering industries.
