Hi, this is Mafia_devil.

In my office, a quarrel occurred between the Receptionist and my Boss's Secretary regarding the transfer of a call to the Secretary. The Receptionist transferred the line without informing the Secretary of who was on the line, leading to both blaming each other. The Receptionist explained that she already had two calls waiting on the phone board, which is why she acted in that manner.
