I want to know why entry to an HR professional is very tough. If not, we are asked to sign contracts with the employer. Please help me in making a decision. I am a fresh MBA.
I have received an offer from EPRO CORP PVT LTD. for the position of IT Recruiter, but they are asking me to sign a contract for two years. The pay is 7500 pm. The problem is, if I join as an IT recruiter, I am afraid that I will be doing the same job until the end of the second year, i.e., I will not gain experience in any other functional activities of HR. So, I am requesting your advice on whether to accept it or not.
