look at Cite hr meet in any other place like Delhi,chennai,gurgaon and even Kerela there will be around 200 replies....
But Hr ppl in banagalore are inhert.........

Hi Vivek,

Do not underestimate Bangalore HR's. If you see other cities the different people are doing it on different occasions. The only city which regularly conducts with same people keep visiting our meet and new people are keep joining the meet. That is how we are able to make it our fourth meet now. (Earlier the chennai HR's use to conduct regularly in the name of HR Sangamam. Now a days I am not seeing that also)

Only this time the response is little bit poor, I don't know the reason why. This meeting helps the people get an opportunity to meet and network HR people from the different industry, and helped HR people to get the jobs or career movement upwards.

Even now the earlier participant's use call me and ask to refer any one for their company's requirement. Some people use to ask for requirement of trainers or training providers or any other related service providers. This is a wonderful platform for all HR's to get to know each other, and get benefited mutually.

Hope after this message, I expect more responses to come.

Dear All,
We have conducted three offline meets in Bangalore, but this time the response is poor comparing to the previous ones. Hence we have decided to post pone the program for April.
We thank all the people who have showed their interest in participation. We look forward your continuous support and participation for future programs too.
