I think it's just a waste of time for you to invoke these dead people. Look at Cite HR meet in any other place like Delhi, Chennai, Gurgaon, and even Kerala; there will be around 200 replies. But HR people in Bangalore are inert.

Hi Vivek,

Do not underestimate Bangalore HRs. If you observe other cities, you will notice that different people organize such meetings on various occasions. Bangalore is the only city where the same set of people regularly attend our meetups, and new faces keep joining us. This consistency has allowed us to successfully host our fourth meet now. (Previously, Chennai HRs used to organize regular meetups under the name of HR Sangamam. However, I no longer see that happening.)

This time, the response has been a bit poor, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for HR professionals to network with others from diverse industries, facilitating job opportunities and career advancements.

Even now, past participants reach out to me, seeking referrals for job openings in their companies. Some inquire about trainers, training providers, or other related services. This platform serves as a great avenue for HR professionals to connect, build relationships, and mutually benefit from each other.

I hope that after this message, we will see an increase in responses.
