How Can I Claim My PF Money Without a Company Letter After BPL Wireless Closed?

Kumarak
Hi,

I am Kumarakrishnan. I was an employee of BPL Wireless from May 2006 to October 2000, and my PF account was managed by the Bangalore corporate office and paid to the Karnataka PF office. I resigned from the job in October 2000 and have not yet collected the PF amount. Currently, when I try to contact the BPL Wireless office, I find that the operations are closed, and no one is available.

However, I have the appointment letters and most of the payslips with the PF number mentioned.

Now, I would like to know how to retrieve my PF funds from the PF office. I am seeking information on the procedure to claim my PF money without the company letter. Please assist.

Thanks,
Kumarakrishnan S

Dear [Recipient],

For the withdrawal of PF, a company letter is not required. However, your Form 19 and 10C should be attested by the employer. Now, as your employer is not available, you can get your forms attested by the bank manager where you have the account. The bank manager will verify your signature and deposit the forms at RPFC Bangalore office.

Thank you,

Seniors,

Is there any way to get the PF number from the PF office if the employee couldn't obtain it?

The employee can approach the PF office along with the company's PF account number for his PF number.
