Suggest me some ideas of how to make the emploees feel the presence of HR in a developing organisation? Give some interesting HR initiatives.

there are a many initiatives you can try ou to make HR presence visible:
1. Events (Fun games, parties etc)
2. Team Building activities
3. Arranging meetings with senior management n HR team
4. Sharing summary of policies in brief over mail for their quick understanding...etc
try some of them...m sure they all will give u desired results.

Hey Renuka,
HR becomes important to the employees when they are well informed and updated with all good updations prevailing in the company in terms of policies, rules and regulations.
They feel more interested to work when they are getting 100% attention from the management through HR and with all the engagement activities initiated by the HR Team.
